A typical engagement comprises between four and eight coaching sessions of one hour each. Sessions focus on developing goals, harnessing motivation, implementing actions for more effective leadership, canvassing feedback and reviewing achievements. Coaching has been demonstrated to support wellbeing, clarify goals and strengthen personal effectiveness.
